Now that you've made an investment into your home with Norwex solutions, let's make sure your cloths last you a LONG time and continue to do the heavy lifting so you don't have to!
Caring for them is easy. Watch this quick video or scroll down to see all the nitty gritty details.
Agitate cloth under warm to hot water.
Ring out.
Hang where there is ample airflow. BacLock will begin to self purify the cloth.
Your cloth will be ready to use again within 24 hours.
Norwex cloths contain BacLock, a micro silver antibacterial agent embedded in the cloth. BacLock goes to work suffocating mold, fungi, and bacteria as it dries. Because of BacLock's self cleaning property, your cloth will need to be laundered less often.
Wash your Norwex cloths in the laundry machine on warm to hot.
Use a laundry detergent that is free from fillers, fragrances, dyes, and optic brighteners. I only recommend one of Norwex's fragrance free laundry detergents.
Do not use bleach, fabric softeners or dryer sheets when laundering microfiber. They coat the fibers, reducing their ability to clean effectively and preventing BacLock from purifying your cloths.
Launder microfiber separately or with other lint-free laundry.
Dry completely on low to medium or hang dry.
Why do I ONLY recommend Norwex Laundry detergent to launder your cloth?
Our Ultra Power Plus laundry powder targets tough stains without harmful chemicals like phosphates, chlorine, bleach or fillers leaving your cloths (and clothes) clean without any of the extra junk and carcinogens most detergents have.
Our liquid detergent is a bio-based formula using enzymes to target and break down starches, fats, and proteins. If you have a lot of grass, grease, or organic matter stains, or if you only want to wash on cold, Liquid Detergent is the way to go.
One of the best things about Norwex's Laundry detergent is that it's super concentrated!
The 2.2 pound bag of detergent lasts my family 4-6 months. The liquid lasts 3-4 months.
We use just one - two squirts of the liquid detergent or 1/4 teaspoon - 2 tablespoons of powder detergent per load.
Pro tip: if your clothes come out of the washer with white residue, you're using too much powder detergent.
Fluff and Tumble Dryer Balls replace dryer sheets. They cut dry time and reduce static and wrinkles by creating space between your cloths, allowing air to better circulate among them in the dryer.
After owning your cloth 4-6 months, you might need to deep clean. You will know your cloth needs deep cleaning if it stops smelling fresh or feels stiff. If you have hard water or clean up a lot of greasy messes, you might need to deep clean your cloths more often.
To deep clean, soak your cloths in a sink of warm to hot water with a sprinkle of Microfiber Cleaner Laundry Booster.
You can also use the booster to aid in eliminating tough stains and odors on those extra dirty loads of laundry - great for grass, urine, blood, grease, sweat, and more. Free of bleach, ammonia, and synthetic fragrances.
